Girl's Day at Science of Intelligence

Full-day event to inspire German school girls to pursue a career in science

In April 2023, I participated in Germany’s annual Girls’ Day initiative, where school girls visit research institutions to explore potential future careers in science and technology. As part of the Science of Intelligence Cluster at Technische Universität Berlin, I presented my research in robotics, introducing the students to computational models of intelligent behavior and embodied intelligence. During the subsequent interactive lab tour, I demonstrated our robotic system and invited the participants to directly interact with the robot, giving them hands-on insight into how perception and action are integrated in modern robotic research.
